Hello,
I recently asked a question about how to drive traffic to our new jobsite and a gentleman sugguested thats if i put more and more relevant information on the website it will promote its self.
So i created FORUMS which can me accessed at forums.itcareersearch.com, NOW how can i drive traffic to the forums so people post their questions/answers on these forums? i have also decided that i will make a nice fella a forum moderator if they post around 10 posts a day for during this month! Any suggestions will be appreciated.

If you simply put information on your site, it won't promote itself. You need to ensure that your site can be found by the search engines. Website Grader gives your site a 34 / 100 (https://website.grader.com/wsgid/2707380/default.aspx).

Also, are people searching for things that are on your site? Currently your home page is very bare, and wouldn't inspire people to invest their time exploring your site.
