OK. Let's start with the basics: Who is your primary target audience? Where do they live? How do they decide on whether to use a limo service? How do they decide which one to use? What are their most important unmet needs when it comes to transportation? What makes you any different from, and better than, all the other limo services in your area?

Why did you decide to go into the limo business? Do you have a business plan? A marketing plan? What is your objective, and how will you know if you're successful?

If you'll give us thoughtful answers to these questions we can help you market your business.

Fortunately for you, there are quite a number of marketing professionals who are more than happy to give advice and share their expertise via this forum.

Unfortunately for you, while we can give you general advice and direction, we can't teach you everything you need to know about marketing in just a few paragraphs.

I agree with Michael that it would be helpful to have much more information. Where are you located? What is your position in the firm? What is your personal background?

Please provide us with more information, and we will do the best we can to steer you in the right direction. But I would also encourage you to visit your local business Library, and to check out and read one or two good books on sales and marketing.

I would also encourage you to try to find a mentor. Tried to find someone who has specific experience in your industry who would be willing to give you advice and guidance. And please stop back and ask more questions here on marketing profs.

Stop at your local travel agency and ask who their clients are using. Ask why they pick that limo company. You'll find thinks like
