Need A Good Webinar Title

Posted by ncobb on 100 Points
Our company offers a document management solution and we are looking to provide a webinar based upon the in person seminar we give to chamber of commerces in the chicago area. Here is my question. When we promote the seminar to chambers our title is: "Leveraging Technology to Survive a Recession." We've gotten a good turnout with this title, however, for the webinar I was thinking we should try something a little more personal, such as:

"How the Right Technology can Save Your Job and Company Money"

"Why Technology is Critical to Managing Your Company's Information and Saving Money Too"

Give me any ideas you have.

"How the Right Technology Can Save Your Company Money"

I wonder if it might appear a bit scare tactic like to blatantly mention the save your job part? The thing is you are sort of assuming someone's job is in danger. If they are in a roll having to do with technology and saving money, they will see the connection. I assume these are CTO types who attend these or maybe you could be more specific on the target audience?

I think you should lead with the benefit. For example "How You can Save Your Company Money and Survive the Recession by Using the Right Technology"

I agree with leaving out the save your job part...

With a webinar, you have an opportunity to learn what people want to hear. You could create a series of webinars, all revolving around document management solutions, but have different spins:

Leveraging Technology to Survive a Recession
    Boosting Employee Paperwork Efficiency
Save Money AND Update Your Information Flow
    etc.

By seeing what people sign up for, you'll learn what people want to learn about (and what wording is most attractive to your target market).

Powerful and Quick are the words you should invlude in your title.

So many companies are riding the recession bandwagon - there was a study recently that split tested "Recession" in the title against more optimistic headlines and the optimistic headline had a 30% more conversion rate. Point is people don't like fear mongoring.
