Name -- Upscale Rental Housing Community

Utmost importance is name, but tagline would be helpful.

Upscale 550 unit apartment community in Charlotte, NC.

Details of the site include:
-- is is a new, upscale community with complete amenities;
-- it is on a hillside and has some nice, open views;
-- will have an attractive person-made waterfall as a central feature of the entry monument

We need a name for which .com is available.

Any help would be so well appreciated. Feel free to write any further questions.

    Thanks Jay! I've been confirming .com availability at networksolutions.com

    We're not wanting to have Charlotte, or University, or reference to the the street that its on (Tryon or Hwy 29) in the name.

    Will await more suggestions. Thanks again...

    You emphasized the waterfall as a strong visual attraction, and certainly paid a lot to create it. If it is truly wonderful, why not do the same in the naming?

    Examples:

    The Falls and then compromise a bit and use a localized domain name such as TryonFalls.com

    The Falls at 555 (555 being a main site address) We did something similar with a dance studio we own at 611 S Layton Blvd, naming it Studio 611 and a domain of Studio611.com

    If the builder/developer/operator has a super reputation locally: ( builder/developer/operator ) Falls. You know if the Donald was doing this it would be Trump Falls or Trump Hillside

    WMMA -- we were considering "Vista Falls" but the domain name was already taken.
