Looking For Opt-in Email Service Providers

We are researching and comparing companies who offer opt-in email marketing services and would like suggestions for companies to look at. We have defined the market segment. Project objectives are to drive traffic to a newly redesigned web site and convert visitors to sign-up for a rewards program, generate email subscribers and/or visit a local store. Database matching, personalization and spam guarantees are important for the companies we look at. We already have a service provider for generating our own email campaigns. We're looking for an opt-in provider to assist with generating B2C leads.

    I have used a few different email service providers but I really liked Exact Target. It was intuitive and user-friendly. Their API will allow you to integrate their email marketing capabilities with your CRM, so you can achieve database matching. They offer personalization and advanced content management as well as dynamic content, so you can easily market to different segments. They are strictly an opt-in provider and have all the safeguards in place to ensure a high in-box ratio. You can use their forms to capture all your sign-ups as well. I would recommend checking out their website www.exacttarget.com to see if it meets your needs.

    I recently used CampaignMonitor and was quite pleased with it, very intuitive and reliable.

    Awber is also pretty good. www.aweber.com.

    I work for the StreamSend Email Marketing service. You might want to check out what we have to offer and maybe do a free trial to see if you like the service.
