    Your question is too broad and ill defined for us to give you any real help. Where are you located? What kind of industrial product(s)? What is your market position? What are your business objectives? How do you distribute now? How do your competitors distribute? Etc. Etc.

    There are many channels for industrial products, ranging from direct sales (such as what GE does when it sells a jet engine to an airline) to selling through wholesalers (as many small parts are sold) to many variations between these.

    The preferred channel varies based on the product and business in mind.
