    Dear Raulhuerta,

Endomarketing is, I think, a fancy way of saying, "internal buy-in and collaboration", and as a term it ought to be stamped out.

Why not simply say "We want to increase morale. How do we convince staff to buy into our plan?" Benefits, perks, working conditions all make staff feel their contribution is valued and, more importantly, PROVE to them that management cares enough to act.

Good marketing begins with a good product. What is it you're trying to communicate? If your intended message is at odds with the reality that people are seeing and experiencing, you're wasting your time to try to "market" a different point of view. Instead change the "product" and you'll see a change without having to "market" to anyone.

Tks but sometimes it's not possible to change the company as the product to sell, but we hace to market it anyway. Has it happened to you?
