Need Different Methods For Customer Analysis, Help

Dear all,

My name is Mike van Luwen, i'm 24 and live in the Netherlands.

For my graduation i need different methods how to do a customer analysis. I have one: method of Ferell.
1. who are the current and the potantial customer
2. where do customers use the product for?
3. where do they buy the product
4. when do they buy the product
5. why they buy the product
6. why dont they buy the product

In dutch we call this te 6W's of Ferell

My question is:
Are there other methods fot customer analysis?
I need 3 different methods to discuss. This is very important and urgent for me, please help.

    Hi Mike,
    Following are the methods that might help:
    1.Customer Lifetime Value (CLV): a method to analyze the customer profitability during its association with an organization.
    2.Customer portfolio analysis: For customer segementation and introductions of loyalty programmes etc.

    And infact since your topic is primarily on the customer analysis hence even "Customer Relationship Management(CRM)" will be a good topic to start with.
    CRM is a broad description, other methods or models that you can find inside are:

    Operational CRM, Analytical CRM,Sales Intelligence CRM, Campaign Management, Collaborative CRM, Consumer Relationship CRM etc.
