    E-marketing involves using electonic means to market. This includes web sites, direct emails, banner ads, etc.

    How you get started depends on where you are. if you are a student, you could take classes. If you are working for a company, you could start focusing on these e-marketing methods.

    There are a few e-marketing consultants who are on this site. If you really don't know where to start, it may be worth hiring someone to get you started.

    You should also take advantage of the Search Questions link and try the keyword "E-MARKETING." Many experts here have answered questions similar to yours... especially when the POINT VALUE made it worth the effort.

    Plus run a search for articles and tutorials on this site. Your question was only one sentence long and you are asking for specific and detailed plans and strategies related to....WHAT??!!

    Like Peter said, it depends on your status, business, industry, experience, etc. There is not a defintive, universal answer.
