Key Responsibility Of Laptop Product Manager

I am a Product manager of laptop of a certain brand. Here the laptop market growth is very rapid. The laptop market is under intense competition. All the competitors try to deliver better configured laptop with better price. In my market better price is customers prime demand than that of brand image, and after sales service

    Your laptop needs to be different not by price, but by what it can do for your customer. Can you bundle it with software software that only you offer? Can you offer a discounted upgrade to their laptop in the next year or so (with the purchase of a extended warranty program)? Can you make their experience of owning (not just buying) their laptop worry-free?
