I am working in a foodstuff company for past seven years. I joined as 'Sales Coordinator' but with the passage of time i have reached to the position of 'Product Manager'. The core issue is that i am not an MBA or marketing graduate but my current responsibility requires a lot of marketing exposure. My boss expects creative ideas from me but honestly speaking i am struggling. I am very good when it comes on operations and even my boss appreciates that but when it comes to hardcore marketing he is not much comfortable with me. I am working in Dubai and need urgent help to atleast learn basics of marketing from some professional. I would prefer to take some face-to-face lectures to have sufficient knowledge to fullfill my job requirements.
