Failures Of Brands In Rural India

I am not able to find any cases on failures of brands in the Indian Rural Market. Please help.

    Dear hrishikeshdatar,

    Might this be because there is little recognition of brands outside major Indian cities?

    Or might it be that you haven't looked hard enough?

    Alternatively, might it yet have been that you've not been specific enough in asking which brands and in which rural areas, serving whom, with what, and to what end?
