    Dear tusubira2,

    Problems? Hmm.

That one might have to do some work.

That one might have to ask questions and appear vaguely interested in the answers.

One may be force to roll up one's sleeves and wade through boxes or files of paper, with a note pad, and actually have to—take notes!

    The very thought! Shocking!

Then—goodness me—then, the possibility that one may have to ... No! I can hardly bring myself to type the words ... the possibility that one might have to tabulate one's data!

    Aaaaaaarrrrrrggggggg!

    BUT SERIOUSLY:

For many people, this truly IS their attitude. They really DO think this whole WORK thing is all beneath them. And no. I'm not joking.

You'll get your best results by asking questions, by proving you have no axe to grind or attitude that needs adjusting, and by showing you're prepared to get stuck in. In effect, you'll gain genuine respect (and therefore, cooperation) by showing you're there yo help.

I hope this helps. Good luck to you.
