Need To Find Intelligent Email Marketing Research

I want know if there is a research/tracking service/database agency of B2B email marketing campaigns for different vertical industries for the UK and USA market place where you can search and download different email messages from different industries/companies and look at their design, copy, subject llines, call to actions/offers etc..

I have been told that this does exist that tracks and compares different email campaigns and allows you to download these for further analysis but can not find out who offers it, can anyone help
