having a problem with some AS3 Flash programing. I have a component menu linked to flash with XML. I need a AS3 programer to help flush out site. Where is the best place to find a freelancer with lots of experience

Other than the kinds of things you'd find on your own (e.g., eLance.com, etc.), it's not likely you'll find a lot of help here. This is a marketing forum, with professional marketers and general business folks.

Flash programming -- at least at the level you need -- would most likely be somewhere else.
