Assistance With Dissertation Topic

i am doing a masters in international business and currently working on choosing a topic for my 15000 word dissertation

anybody with great ideas on good topics? please. i have a marketing background

    Give us more information about the things that interest you.
    What lights your fire? What floats your boat? What aspect of international business makes you happy?

    Having a background in marketing is one thing, using it is another.
    Tell us where you are; tell us what you want to do; tell us how you intend to change the world.

    Tell us what's special about you, and how you'll use the advice you gain in this forum to really, truly, make a difference?

    I could give you a dozen different topics but as I have no idea what interests you, my ideas might fall on stony ground.

    Having a topic in and of itself isn't enough, it's got to have teeth, claws and, above everything else, it's got to have context and relevance.

    The more specific you can be the more results you'll get.

    @Gary,thanks and i get your point on the need to be specific. i didnt want to be so specific in the first place as i was afraid of limiting peoples ideas,thats why i preferred to put marketing as my background.

    Gary, if my area of interest can be 'to understand the impact of corporate social responsibility on brand equity with a comparative study of two companies,one with alot of CSR programs and one not- can that be a good topic?this will establish if csr has an impact on a brand or is just one of the competitive advantages
