Theme Party Ideas For Bar/nightclub

I work at a bar/nightclub and want to do Old School Wednesdays. I plan to play good 80s and 90s music instead of the usual Top 40, and I want to draw in the 25-35 age demographic. Does anyone have ideas of different elements I can add to make this night a success?

    Everyone loves a sock hopp. Or use this as an opp to bring in old 50-60"s cars to the bar. There are old car clubs everywhere. tap your liquor reps-- they have very deep pockets.

    Michaels Jackson nights seem to be working for some clubs, you can do dance competitions, dress as michaels etc

    Also is good to have tribute bands (if there are good ones in the area) Kiss tributes are usually good, but any tribute band usually works and you build the night around that artist
