There are many different ways that you can track page views from a simple page counter to more sophisticated programs. The page counter won't give you a lot of information though, like where people are clicking or what they are viewing, but you can use google analytics which is a free program that will do all the back end work for you and provide important information. It is also customizable so that you can track specific patterns of behavior and certain products to make sure that your site is working effectively. That is the route that I would take. It's free to use and easy to embed into your website.
