    You need to know that, "brochure on marketing of a IT staffing company" is not a question. I'm not trying to be a smart Alec here, I'm trying to help you.

    Please tell us if you need a critique on a brochure, if you need advice on what to include, and so on.

    The more detail you provide, the more help you'll receive and the less frustration you'll cause all round. So, please give us more information and then, let's regroup.

    A brochure should address the most important needs of your primary target audience and clearly communicate your company's positioning -- the most important benefit you will deliver to a customer, and the reason why you are uniquely well suited to deliver that benefit.

    How are prospective customers going to get the brochure? Where will they find it? What do you want them to do after they've read it?

    Please define your question better. You seem to be interested in advice about a marketing brochure but you posted in E-marketing... do you need help getting an electronic brochure started?
