Topic: Taglines/Names

I Need A Creative Tagline For My Company.

My company provides residential and commercial designs just as an architect would. However, I'm not a licensed architect so the use of "Architect, Architectural design" or any word affiliated to Architect cannot be part of a tagline due to legal ramifications. Its important that my logo identifies what type of service we provide without guessing but cant seem to come up with a catchy line. This is what I have come up with this far:

"Residential & Commercial Planning"
"Residential & Commercial Concepts"
"Concepts...Planning...Interiors"

Any feedback would be appreciated.

    Also, why not simply say: "Residential and Commercial Designs"?

    You say 'provides' ...is that something you create or a third party, that you pass on to your customers?
    If you create ....Do you use CAD?

    If so, sell that too as a USP.

    Also, as I read it - you mention Logo and Tagline as if they are the same....one is an image the other a verbal descriptor, hopefully with a memorable hook.
