Using Community Leadership Marketing For Launching

Has any one used community leadership programs for launching new products? can anyone give me the details how to carry out such programs?
My company is planning to launch deodorant for teens and i want to use this approach as the budget given is just $ 10000 for marketing.

    Are you trying to find the teen influencers in the community and have them spread the word about your deodorant?

    Ya i am Looking for Teen Influencer to promote my product in colleges.
    To be more clear about the Campaign. I am assigned with a task of creating maximum awareness of the new deodorant being launched by my company. But the budget allotted is $10000 so with this money i have to create a good awareness among the target market who is aged between 14 - 35(Approx).
    My idea was to identify a teen influencer or college community leader and promote my product through him.
    Since I have no experience in this area i would request all experts to help me in this regard?

    I am trying to take the problem more like a real life assignment and propose a solution which can be applied.

    Evaluation of the assignment is based on how practical the idea is.

    I request anybody to guide me how to identify these teen influencer from their college, How to motivate them to promote the product and how to track the effectiveness of this medium????

    If anybody has implemented such campaign then please share it
