Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

I am starting to develop an online pet products site called Premier Pet Store and I'm trying to develop a tagline. Our demo is 65% women and 35% men aged from about 35-60. We will be offering supplies mainly for dogs, cats, and birds. Our site is designed as upscale with a whimsical feel. Our logo pictures a Dalmation dog in a tuxedo holding a 'chuck it tool" as a cane. We are trying to capture the emotion people feel for their pets and encapsulate the "pets as family" phenomenon, while also trying to articulate that we carry superior products for the lowest prices online. Our unique selling proposition is that unlike most online retailers in this niche, we have had a local business for years that has sold and installed these products for years. We have personally installed most of the products we are offering, have trained pets in their use, and have used them for our pets. Also, we will offer unparalleled service and support - our promise is that we will pick up the phone or return an email right away for consultation on any product, with no sales pressure. Developing a tagline is a skill way out of my wheelhouse, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Here is one thing I have come up with:

Again we want to invoke the emotion of how people feel about their pets with the sense we are an upscale operation offering low prices.
