Looking To Achieve A New Company Tagline.

Posted by Anonymous on 25 Points
Hello,

My company is a manufacturer of safety & protective apparel and we are looking to introduce a new company tagline.

We are currently using "protective solutions for a changing world" but we need to replace it with something new and fresh.

We consider ourselves a leader in providing innovation in design and manufacturing of superior-quality protective clothing and safety apparel for electric arc exposure, high-heat environments, and glass-cutting applications. We need something short that relates to safety and the protection of an individual. Our business is B2B and we do not sell direct to an end user, so that is something to consider.

    maybe not what you want to hear, but perhaps your tagline should be about your unique selling points over other safety suppliers?

    E.g. why say "we sell safety gear" or any other version thereof. I mean SO DOES EVERY OTHER SAFETY SUPPLIER, so why should I buy from you? (sorry for caps yelling :)

    Examples of a tagline to promote your USP could be "your one stop shop" or "total solutions provider" or "XZY - from start to finish" or "Lowest Price is Just The Beginning" - althought I wouldnt recommend making price your USP.

    Is customer service your USP? I dont know enough about your business, but this is angle i would pursue.

    I'm assuming that your company is National Safety Apparel, and your website is: https://www.nsamfg.com/

    If so, then you don't need to replicate the words "safety" or "apparel" in your tagline, since they are already in your business name. Here are a couple of ideas for your consideration:

    * Comfortable Industrial Protection
    * Industrial Protection Without Compromise

    Osha Safety, everyday comfort...

    I am working in a number of safety markets, distributors, manufacturers, etc. I recommend you rethink your strategy on a tag line...
