Know-How Exchange : E-Marketing

I just did a free trial with Keynote of their Application Perspective product. There are several feature / price combinations and I do have a quote in hand.

My main interest is ongoing monitoring of our website availability and performance. Secondary features would be for use in testing a sequence of pages and / or keystrokes for using in testing specific website actions and functionality. Another optional feature of interest would be to check our site for broken links, both internal and external.

Are other people using Keynote with good success? What other products are you using or do you suggest we look into before making a final decision?

Ideally I am looking for experiences from actual users of Keynote or similar products.
