actualy i wana make a research proposal ,i want some topic suggestion.. i m inrested in customer relationship marketing...but the data more talk abt customer realationship management....i wana some dimensions insights...

    Ask pointed questions.

    Challenge industry norms. Find examples and dissect them: what works, what could be improved, why that method for that niché?

    Blaze new trails. Take every thesis you can find on CRM and figure out what they ARE writing about and consider writing about the OPPOSITE, the things they are NOT writing about.

    Do you want to stand out? Then be different.
