Know-How Exchange : Just for Fun

I am bringing big events to a small town about 1 hr out of Raleigh. I have a girls night out planned at a local restaurant and having an ice luge brought in. The next girls Night Out event will be at www.carolinacheeseco.com What can I bring in as a unique feature to this event? Was thinking on the lines of a chocolate fountain, but would rather bring in something else that works better with wine boars head meats and wine. Any ideas would be great!
