My faculty as also given me a suggestion that i can b good marketer. at the time of joining the college i was very much clear that i have to go for marketing bt now torn in between two parts which way go. personally i wana immense growth n well respectable job. so in dilema if i opt for operations is the right thing i m doing college is not giving any promise that they can placed all those who are operation. CAN anyone please help me in sorting out my problem. and what is the carrier chart after i opt for marketing in telecom and sales or operation .

It sounds like you anticipate you will forever be stuck with whatever job your college helps you get, and that you will never be able to change jobs? Not sure where you are located, but I suspect most people with MBA would consider every job to be a stepping stone to bigger things.

Your decision should probably be based heavily on what your priorities are at the time you are seeking a job: if your immediate priority is income, then you might need to go with the first job opportunity that comes along. Once you have a base income, then you can try to transition into the kinds of jobs you really want.

Actually, with an MBA, you might be well-suited to start your own business.

Sounds like you might benefit from the assistance of a career coach outside of college.
