Personality Factors In Consumer Behavior Retail

Personlity factors in consumer behaviour in Organized (Big) and Unorganized (Mom & Pop stores) in india and general. Would be glad if i can get some psychological inventory to study perception. Currenly intending to use Myers briggs inventory, Big 5 NEO i and EPPS.

    And? I'm not sure if there's an actual question in here so it's difficult to figure out what you need answers to.

    As for psychology, read "The Power of Persuasion," Robert Cialdini.
