Sounds like a homework question, which forum guidelines prevent contributors from answering.

Why not help yourself here? Why not think things through and break the question down? What do YOU think it means?

In order to help yourself you MUST be willing to do some of your own work. You must be willing to do some of your own thinking. You might even want to try typing your question into Google. You'd be surprised just how much information you'll find by carrying out this simple step.

Then, once you have this information, you could come back and ask further qualifying questions related to your initial search. You'll gain more value from this approach, and you'll earn more respect, which in turn, will create more incentive for people to want to help you because you've shown you're willing and able to help yourself.
