I am an MBA with a consolidated experience of 9 years in Sales & marketing departments of some leading brands in India. I now work as a faculty in a B school teaching marketing related papers. I have a strong desire to pursue a Phd in the same sector for it would add a lot to the teaching profession that i now want to settle in. Kindly help me as to how to start about in this direction. How to identify the Univ' , procedure to select the guide, research area to choose, etc.
