We are a small company that have been using purchased lists for our email marketing. We provide the option for our website visitors to opt-in to our email mailing list, but we have less than 20 people opt-in to our mailing list. Most of our list is purchased and a small percentage of the purchased list has become our clients. I understand that permission-based list are more effective than purchased list, but we simply don't have enough of those other than our current clients. We are trying to reach out to new clients by emails and our current email marketing supplier won't allow us to use our purchased list anymore. What do you suggest we do? Is there a supplier that will allow clients to use purchased list as long as the opt-out language is clear?
Your help is highly appreciated!
