Place Name - Golf & Real Estate Project

I've been looking for a name for a luxury apartment. It has 2 towers, 18 storeys, located right in the centre of a golf course that is super near to the city center. Target audience are affluent people, we also will select the buyers, not all can buy. I want to emphasize that by living at this apartment, people can enjoy a magnificant view with nice & spacious surroundings, very clean and very green. Greenview Tower, The Park, The Central...are a few names that can convey the above message, but they are too common. I've been spending a lot of time to find an appropriate and impressive name for this, but i'm stuck. Are there any recommendation? I would much appreciate if I could have any advice.     What city/country? Is there a name for the particular part of the city that the apartments are in?

    Also, can you tell us more about your target audience? "Affluent" is not enough to go on. Where do they live now? What are they looking for in an apartment? Who is the competition? How are the major competitors positioned? Are the people you want empty-nesters or families? Are they currently locals or are the moving in from somewhere else? Expats? What else can you tell us about them?

You can post a project in the "Hire an Expert" section of this site (see column at right), or you can browse the profiles of the top experts here and see if you can find someone who might be willing and able to take on a small consulting project.

    Greenview is too common and we try to avoid this name.

    Hi mgoodman. I'd better give more information about the project. It's positioned as Vietnam’s most exclusive golf and country club community, located just minutes from the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. It has 3 main components:
    - Golf
    - Residences
    - Country club

    We have had a brand name for the whole project as well as the brand guideline. For the residences: there are different types: villas, semi-detached houses, serviced apartment, luxury apartments and we already have names for all except luxury apartments. It's the tallest building of the project. All other place names are based on environmental theme: landscaping, water....I haven't got an appropriate name for this apartment.

    We have no competitor for the project as there is no golf community that located near the city center. Golf course and all residences (villas, apartments....) are designed by world well-know architects. Therefore, the price is very expensive and that's why target market are affluent Vietnamese and foreigners with Vietnamese spouses who are ‘cash rich, time poor’, – looking for a super premium, luxury escape just minutes from their office. People live here will be proud to be part of a very elite community that even money can not buy and looking forward to owning a property once it officially sells.
