My Domain Is .co.uk Do I Need Another Domain?

My domain ends in .co.uk as the .com equivalent is taken. Should I get other domains to set up mirror sites to widen my sales or will .co.uk still get me custom on my site from more than the UK. Any other advice on domains etc is greatly appreciated. I have just started selling on line and it is slow moving though it has only been a couple of weeks as e-commerce.

My trade is new age, crystals, jewellery.

    Having a .com URL would likely make a little difference in getting people from outside the UK, but probably not a lot. More important is how you do business related to people from outside the UK (allow them to pay in currencies other than pounds, shipping policies, etc.) and how you go about promoting the site to people outside of the UK.
