Can I suggest that you look at your stats and see how many people come to your website and then how long they stay - it is called the bounce rate?

I took a quick look at your site and the source code and it does not seem to have any Google analytics in it. Speak to your web developer and ask them to install Google analytics it is free.

I would then suggest that you get some user experience reviews done on the site. From my own observations on my pc the important stuff is below the fold and a user will have to scroll down to see it.

It is also hard to find out what I can do on your site. Think about your customers and what you want them to do on your site. Then ask yourself what your customers can do on your website.

Users are task orientated when they use the internet and if they are looking for Italian dinnerware then they want to find what they are looking for, see if they like it and then buy it.

Users also want to be sure that the company they are buying from is genuine and exists so by putting your contact details into the site it give them more confidence.

I assume you're really looking for more sales, not more traffic, and do better understand your current traffic you need, as Nigel says, web analytics. Until you know what's happening today, you'll only be guessing what needs to be changed to improve it for tomorrow.

As a store, I'd expect to see samples of your products for sale on your home page (samples of the categories shown in https://www.vietri.com/store/).
