How To Evaluate Online Activity ?

I would like to know how to evaluate on line activity by establishing a project team in this economic downturn?And want to discuss further how to select &manage this team?recommendations for appropriate measures to monitor team's performance?

    "Measuring performance" means what? Sales? Calls? ROI? Bookings? Meetings? Ezine signups?

    Because it's an economic downturn doesn't mean that no one is buying anything. Priorities have changed. Discretionary cash is reduced. People still have basic unmet needs (food, shelter, transportation, entertainment, etc.).
