Fix Menus On Website Created In Wordpress

Posted by Bullseye Chic on 750 Points
By far this is the biggest challenge I've faced in getting my website revamped. I've created a website in Wordpress. I have a template I've designed in Artisisteer.

But, in the hundreds of websites I've searched, I can't figure out how to change the menus so they don't look like Wordpress menus. And, I can't seem to get plug-ins to function in Wordpress as advertised.

I've posted questions everywhere, searched every FAQ and knowledge base for an answer but nothing. Can anyone help me?

I'm guessing this is the wrong place to ask that question. We're marketing folks, and we're really good at solving tough marketing problems. Not so good at Wordpress solutions.

Many of us use Wordpress, to be sure, but this isn't really a tech support forum, and it sounds like that's what you need.

Karen - thanks so much. I hadn't found that answer in my searches.

Mgoodman - I'm a marketing person, too. But, this board has people who have all kinds of experience and I thought they could help because so many other boards lack the interactivity of MP.

In Karen's posting, she gave me fresh eyes which I needed so much.
