    Samer.h, some more info would be a great help.

    1. Which country, state, city is this venture starting in?

    2. Who is your primary target market?

    3. What is your key point of difference?

    In other words, why should a prospect buy from you, rather than from your competitors, particularly a well-established competitor?

    Well, my company will be manily working in selling some telcom product such as 3G modems and USBs.Also, will be as a re seller to a 2G and 3G planning tools.

    The company will operate in Jordan - Amman
    My primary target marke is the telcom operators
