Research Topic At Undr Graduat Levl Coverin Mgmt

I m a BBA student.
I am looking for a research topic. the topic should cover a management concept - marketing/HR/Finance. it can be a sectoral analysis or a comparative study or consumer analysis as well.
please if any one has any idea regarding this do tell me.
I am studying in Third Year of college in Gujarat, India.

    You should choose a subject that

    1) has some interest to you, and
    2) one that you are able to pretty easily find information on.

    For 1, people sometimes choose a subject based on something they have done in the past or something the want to do in the future. If you worked part time for a company and seen a possible management issue there, you can research that. Or if there is a company you would like to work for when you graduate, you can do research on an issue they have.

    For 2, do some basic research (search magazines, etc.) before declaring your topic. Make sure you can find information so that your research project is successful.
