Creative Ways To Drive Traffic To Our Site

We are a Dental Publication and we are trying to increase the amount of traffic to our website. We have a very small budget, so we are looking for creative ways to drive traffic without spending much money.

We are not necessary looking for ad campaigns—maybe interactive participation, i.e contests and such. We are looking more on a sales and business/audience development perspective.

If you can think of anything that would help us out, please respond.

    Consider a low-cost digital publication like at https://adsvalue.com/magazinesupport.php#FlipMagBroc and make sure you click on the FHUSD Media Guide link. Upgraded versions are also available. Great for inexpensively distributing courtesy copies of your publication on your web site and by email / social networking (Facebook), etc.

    Couple this with a budget-limited AdWords exploratory campaign to find your target audience.

    Do co-op ads with a complementary product or service to keep costs down.

    Who do you want to visit your website that isn't already? And beyond visiting your website, who do you want buying products/services from you? That's who you're ultimately trying to attract. Start with: why should they spend time to visit your site? What great information do you offer that's a huge benefit for their time? Next: contact these people - either on blogs that they already visit, through co-marketing, etc.

    You can increase site traffic without spending much money. How? by using social media marketing strategies.

    You need to use Facebook, twitter, yahoo answers and other online forums and promote your services with site links. Share knowledge with others in the form of articles and blogs.
