Know-How Exchange : E-Marketing

We have an alumni base in our area that we constantly send out a monthly email newsletter. We are looking for a more efficient way, such as ConstantContact, or Swiftpage, to accomplish this task. Which of these, or any other similar software program, can we best send out our newsletters and announcements. We have a data base of several hundred email addresses. We don't use ACT, and we don't want to have to export the email list each time we want to send out something. Thank you.
