Tagline For Sports Optics Company

Posted by Anonymous on 125 Points
Tagline for my company - We do sports optic eg binoculars, spotting scopes, riflescopes, etc.
What would be a good company tagline for us?
The best in the industry currently uses" Magnify Life" as I see these days, taglines are becoming more "human/life- friendly". I kind of don't want to copy them. But yet I want something good to stand out to the hunting and ourdoor enthusiasts. Thanks.

There are some very good suggestions in the responses you've received so far. From a strategic perspective, though, it's hard to say which are the right ones unless/until you look at your positioning statement and fundamental value proposition. The tagline should reinforce your positioning. Otherwise, you could end up confusing potential customers.

I've found that many companies rush to a tagline without thinking through the positioning promise they really want to communicate. It's like getting in your car and driving, without knowing where you're trying to go.

I'm not suggesting the taglines suggested are wrong. I'm saying that it's impossible to choose among them, or come up with better ones, until you have articulated the brand positioning. What makes you different from and better than your competition? Why should someone buy your product (instead of someone else's)?
