How To Find An Insight

I am doing a creative brief assignment (client is one of the top 50 uni in the world) and stuck with the insight part.

If my brand insight is : art programme is enjoyable, and target insight: when choosing a study programme, students' interests influence their decisions. what is the real insight?
and is it correct if i say my market insight is several other universities that have similar programme?

    The brand insight doesn't sound remarkable enough to separate the university from the others. What types of people is the school renowned for attracting (students & staff)? What types of results do these people have upon leaving the school? Why would choosing this school be the clear choice for the right student (and who is the "right student")?
