Restaurant Owner, Marketing In Frozen Foods

My family owned a very successful Italian Restaurant for 20 years. We had a very loyal following and many were upset when we closed. (I currently own a restaurant/bar with my fiance and would like to get out of the day to day of the business.) We had a great bread recipe and got it to where we packaged all the dry ingredients. Just add water and you have our famous bread! Do I start locally? I would also like to expand to selling our pizza in the frozen food industry. How do I get started?
