Can I Shift From Pharma Marketing To Other Domain

My qualification is Btech Biotech and Pursuing MBA.3 years of experience in pharma marketing.Iam bored of these medicines.I wish to change to other domain where i can clearly explain the concept to customers and generate business.I prefer job role to be more interactive rather than through mails (especially in interntaional pharma markeing).How will be the future prospects,if i shift from pharma to other domain.Can anyone advise me.

    The hiring companies look for how you can meet their needs, and as such, it will be easier to show this for areas where there are similarities in what you did in the past to what they are looking for. For example, it would be easier for you to switch to pharmaceuticals or medical devices, than to switch over to marketing computer software.

    Part of what you should do is decide what segment you want to go to and then start trying to figure out how you can show your experiences can meet the likely needs for this area. The more you can match up, the better.

    Another option would be to stay within the industry, but change roles. You say you want more direct contact, so how about switching from marketing to sales?
