Pitching Production - Fundraiser On National Tv

Non profit Fundraiser -I want to pitch the production of a yearly fundraiser event on National TV Media, involving TV presenters, Celebrities and Public Advocates and sponsors -

It will comprise of a special slot/program on TV with public involvement pre-post and on the day of the event.
It will be a fun event raising money for cancer, aleopecia and people suffering from hair loss.

I need as much info with regards to the specifics of this pitch.
I took notes from the previous post, which was very educational, obviously my pitch will be different due to the specifics of the event.
Being in Sales my whole life- I really need as much specifics and information to make this pitch successful and get this project of the ground,

I appreciate all and any advise

    Instead of starting nationally, why not start locally/regionally? The audience is smaller, but the local-angle means that you might have a chance of getting access to local celebs to help out a new fundraiser (and other local volunteers).
