Apart from the cost of the marketing campaigne, what other factors might an organisation seek to evaluate?

    You will want to measure outcomes and compare these to the cost of the campaign to determine if the campaign is successful. Outcomes can include revenue generated from the campaign, sales leads created, increase in fans/followers, boost in web traffic, etc. Ideally, you want a return of one and a half times (or more, ideally) for the campaign to be deemed a success.
