Edm Lists For Sweden And Netherlands

Can anyone suggest a good list broker for European SME data. I need to target Start-ups and SMEs in Sweden and the Netherlands. I am not having much luck.

I would like to be as targeted as possible and hoping to find a list where the min spend is around $500. Not sure this is even possible.

    you will probably need to build your own list, and that will probably cost a lot more than 500 dollars.

    Do you or do you have a website or blog or e-mail newsletter or something which you can leverage?
