Market Expansion In Emerging Market

What all are the wider management issues inhibiting market expansion for an international company in a emerging market? Specially the Asian market.

    Apologies Sir / Madam, If I made mistakes in writing. You are right my English might be not good and I am working hard to improve it. The question I asked, in above post is not my homework or assignment. I was reading about globalization and emerging markets, meanwhile I got the question in my mind what all challenges companies face while entering in a new market. I focused on Asian market because their business environment and culture are very different than European or U.S market.
    I searched on internet about it but have not got the satisfactory results, that’s why I put this question on the forum to get some advice from the people who have excelled in this area with their research and study like you.
    I again say sorry because I dint put the words in a proper way for my query

    Dear vinayti6,

    When it comes to the Western approach in the Eastern markets, it might be wise for Western marketers to slow down, get the lay of the land (so to speak), and to figure out the buying motives of potential clients in Asian markets BEFORE they apply Western style marketing techniques that have less than a stellar impact on sales.

    What do Asian buyers value? What are their primary reasons for buying or for investing? What are their longer term goals, aspirations, and needs?

    And how do things like language, mindset, politics, social mores, and customers help or or hinder the marketing process?
