Hosting A Party For "meet The Neighbour" Program

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
We are in the busines of helping trainees from corporate and Universities from Japan learn Business Communications through various training programs at our India office. As a part of their curriculam, they spend good time with Indian families through various programs.

For a similar program, I am preparing a program invitation for a party/get together event where Japanese trainees and Indian families meet to experience different cultures. Indian families host "Home Stay" and "Meet the Neighbour"

I am looking for help from this forum in designing the invite with good, meaningful and catchy phrases.

Please help me.

Thanks for your time.

With kind regards,
Fiat Uno

Irasshai is probably a better word.

The venue may also be important. I would resist the desire to do karaoke. Bowling might be good.
