Need an Idea to get into the minds of the customer to sell Insurance products and cross sell to the existing customer.

    Suggest you change your perspective. Get into the minds of the customer not to SELL them stuff, but to find out what they need, how they make decisions, how they view the category, etc.

    And if you are really serious about this, you may need to consult with a professional market researcher. Getting into customers' minds is not work for amateurs with an agenda.
